We Know What Dollah Does This Raya

30 09 2008

The Defense Ministry is currently undergoing negotiations with Eurocopter Malaysia Sdn Bhd for its RMAF’s Nuri replacement programme. Defense Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said that the Ministry had already sent Eurocopter a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Asked why Eurocopter was selected, Abdullah said that the Ministry would have “considered all the necessary specifications in the helicopters” before making a decision, but declined to elaborate.

What Dollah failed to tell all Malaysian was that, Kamaluddin Abdullah, yes the son of Abdullah the PM is the ’secret agent’ for Eurocopter.

Kamaluddin too is trying to win the bid to lease helicopter to PDRM.

Two things happens prior to Hari Raya Aidil Fitri,

1. Dollah swapped portfolios with Najib, which saw Dollah, became the Defense Minister.
2. UMNO AGM is postponed to March 2009.

What Malaysian failed to see is that,

1. Among the first thing done by Dollah was announcing the Eurocopter – Ministry of Defense thingy.
2. Agreed for transition of power to be flexible and maybe earlier but asking for extension of 3 months till March 2009 as The Prime Minister.

Is it true that Dollah’s double action as mention above is due to the fact that,

1. The Eurocopter deal will mean Kamaluddin will get RM250 Million a year for the next 30 years?
2. By postponing the UMNO AGM, Dollah can make sure the deal is sign before he step down.

Hurrah for Malaysia! Selamat Hari Raya and please ask around about this Eurocopter deal during all your Raya visits.

Ramadan Charity 2008

26 09 2008

Thank you to all readers, this year we received an overwhelming response for our Ramadan Charity 2008 (RC2008). Kickdefella managed to collect totalling of RM30, 000 from the readers compared to a humble RM4, 000 last year.

I wished to thank Kijang Care for all the hard works in handling the donations, zakat and fidyah. I too wished to thank Brother Khir of Tabung Amanah Tok Kenali whom has identified the receivers during my absence.

About RM13, 000 where spent on grains, sugar, flour, cooking oil, biscuits, cordial syrup, kain pelikat and head scarf. The balance is given in cash. We managed to give away 300 hampers and RM15, 000 to single mothers, the poor and needy and to not so lucky Malaysian, which includes about 20 non-Muslim families.

The recipients are from Jelawat in Bachok, Kemuning in Machang, Demit in Kubang Kerian and Gual Ipoh in Tanah Merah as Bariah and me decided to stay low this year around.

Previous year we handled the entire event ourselves, however, for this year, we did our best just to be the shadow.

Nevertheless Bariah and me had to attend today’s ceremony as it is done in Kubang Kerian and Bro Salahuddin Ayub, the MP of Kubang Kerian was there to help to distribute the goodies and cash. I tried to hide but when Bro Salahuddin announced my name and it is very difficult to hide anymore because of my so public appearance in metal accessory lately.

When Bro Salahuddin jokingly said he wish me more luck for next year, I said perhaps I need not need to spend several more Ramadan nights in the lock-up in order to collect more.

Besides Donation, Zakat and Fidyah, we too received some amount of money by readers from Kickdefella and various other sites that wish to donate to me when I was arrested under Sedition Act last week. We donated back the money to RC2008.

Kijang Care also visited few families in Panji, Lubok Jong and Pasir Mas and donated substantial amount of money and clothing, which we collected during the campaign.

Details will be updated in Kijang Care’s website. Readers can also check on the financial statement.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish to thank all of my readers for the donation. I am proud to know that Kickdefella readers are not just generous but a truly heroes.
Salam Aidil Fitri to all!

24 09 2008

Meqna, my three years old daughter, gently push her small finger against my ribs, trying to wake me up. As I open my eyes, she asked me in her baby slang, “abah kena tangkap?”

This is the first time she saw me since we were separated on the evening of September 17, 2008.

Earlier, during sahur, Al, my eldest claimed he has been bullied at school because of my detention while Wef relates how he cried when he saw me on TV, being handcuffed and escorted by the police.

Meanwhile, both Al and Wef told Guli, “Abah kena tangkap pasal bunuh banyak sangat polis dalam GTA”, referring to Guli’s favourite PS2 game, the Grand Theft Auto.

While I cherished the luxury of being with my kids and hear their reflections on the matter, my heart is with my brother Raja Petra Kamaruddin.

Pete is now in Kamunting Detention Centre in Perak. The Minister of Home Affairs had signed the detention order of two years. What will happen if Najib Razak became the Prime Minister during the two years? Do we believe Rosmah The Terrible will not interfere and force the next Home Minister to extend the detention order till the end of her hubby premiership? This is the bad thing about such law we called ISA.

While I still stand my ground on such preventive law but as always, I keep on questioning the manner such law allows for so much of abuse.

Will Pete be there when his youngest, Sarah met her Mr. Right? Doesn’t Pete has a right as a father to be there with his daughter during her growing years? For years, Pete has been there for us without failed to amuse us with his insights. Perhaps time has come for us to be there physically for Pete. This time around no Paypal or US Dollar can free our Pete but perhaps our intelligences and strengths.

Should we just go there and take Pete and other sixty plus detainees out of the detention centre? Why not. If we have the number we can do that. We just need 0.001% of the population to make the plan a success. In a worst-case scenario, maybe 0.001% of those who will march to Kamunting to release Pete and friends will be dead. Yet, surely Pete and friends will be free and due to the number of those martyr, the government will crumbled and UMNO and BN will be kick out of Malaysia forever.

Then why are we not doing it? The answer is because we are Malaysian.

Our forefather and he is The Tunku’s and his buddies, not Rashid Maidin, Ching Peng, Shamsiah Fakeh, Ahmad Boestaman etc, has taught us that we fight and got our independent via a friendly manner and that is by each and everyone of them toasting the champagne glass while flirting with the bourgeoisie.

Friendly manner? Isn’t it a case of lembu punya susu sapi dapat nama? Isn’t those archived documents and the transcript of debates in the British Parliament already proved that British were forced to expedite Malaya’s independence because of the armed struggle by the Communist Party of Malaya and the tendency of the Malay leftist to support the so called Chinese Terrorist. And when our Government put its signature on the Hatyai Agreement with the CPM, we agreed to acknowledge their roles in getting the independence for Malaya.

So truly Malaysian we are, we will rather relax and enjoyed our forthcoming holiday sipping Earl Grey in the balcony of the resort and yes, we will have no problem seeing our once beloved fella rotten in the Kamunting Detention Centre. Well, he is not the first, right?

I have said before, and I shall repeat it again, we have become a society who enjoys masturbating ourselves more than venturing into the real sex. Thanks to UMNO and its friends, we rather fantasise with all the symbols. We are easily aroused by the biggest and the longest, we rather save billions of Ringgit to sent one Malaysian to tour the space than spending two or three billions on petrol subsidies that can surely help the poor to buy things cheaper.

Our fantasies will bring us to bed with anybody, but it can never conceived.

I wish to congratulate the Special Branch for only taking about ten days to wrap their investigation on my brother Pete. By sending Pete to Kamunting will make a whole lot of different to him. Pete is now living in a community consisting of Political Detainees and those deemed as the threat to the Nation. He has his own bed, reading material, access to other detainees, proper medical care, access to sports and etc. Kamunting must be the heaven if we compare it with those days when he is held under investigation at an undisclosed location in a solitary confinement. The torturing part has end, now is the rehabilitating period for our man.

But why should Pete be rehabilitate? Is our Pete a threat to the nation? Ask ourselves this question, when we were told that he is a threat because he has been inciting unrest by insulting Islam, is this another meal for masturbating or this is the real one?

How many people who actually qualified to talk about Islam has felt insulted by what Pete has written. How many Mufti has crucified Pete for what he has written? How many Imams have been butchered by his jamaah after they read what Pete has written? How many Muslim girls have liberate their virginity by indulging into free sex due to what being written by Pete?

I do not know about you, but personally I haven’t seen any glaring differences in the Muslim community since Pete published the so-called inciting unrest by insulting Islam article.

But yes, Pete is a threat to UMNO. Pete is a threat to Najib. Pete is a threat to Pak Lah. But no, Pete is not the threat to the nation.

Pete is not a threat to us. Period.

My father once told me, British made a grave mistake by putting Gandhi behind bar. They have created a hero out of the small man. When my eldest sister rushes to hug me at Jalan Duta magistrate court, she tells me, ‘If only Abah is here! If only Abah is here Azidi! He will be proud of you’.

I was left confused. I am not the hero. They are the heroes. You all are the heroes. Because my strength lies in yours.

All the way through my journey to the Kota Bharu Magistrate court to be remanded for the first time, I stared at the handcuff and pray to God that my wife will remain strong. I knew if she starts to cry, I shall too.

As I walked out of the car, I saw her in a distance smiling at me. That is why you have my photos smiling all over the papers next day. She is the hero.

A person like Pete is not the hero if we do not give him our full support. If we want to make him our hero, it will have to begin with us.

Marina Lee Abdullah has been a constant hero for Pete. But this is an un-chartered territory for our sole hero. Pete has been investigated under ISA before but never being sent to Kamunting. This time around we will need more than one hero to save our Pete.

So, can we stand to be a hero?

Three Nights in Paradise, and Tears of Sadness

22 09 2008

I spent three Ramadan nights in police lock-up and yesterday night as I lie down on my bed as a free man, tears flowing on my cheek for the first time since the death of my mum.

The moment I step into the lock-up in Kota Bharu District Police Station, the moment all confusion subsided, I sat facing the wall all the time because I cannot bear looking at the other site where the ‘attach’ bathroom is.

I recite Hasbun-Allah- Wa-Ni’ma-Wakil and Ya-Malik-ul-Mulk Dzul-Jalal-Wal-Ikram all the time only to take a break to perform solat and solat sunnat. It was the most peaceful time I ever experience. Those nights, living bear minimum, lying down on the unfinished cement, without any shirt to wrap me, yet I felt very warm. I felt very complete.

It was an un-worldly moment. I felt no fear. No anger. No remembrance of those I left behind. It just me and… Him.

When I fallen asleep, I can feel my mother and father, both, whom has left the cruel world, is there, smiling at me. It is the strangest experience yet such a wonderful one.

On the last day in the Dang Wangi Police lock-up, I shared these feeling with the person in–charge of the lock-up. He looked at me and said, you felt this way because you are innocent. He is very apologetic and wishes I understand his nature of work.

During my last Subuh prayer in the lock-up, I pray to God that, if in His eye, I am innocent then please forgive those whom due to the call of duty had to do what they did. I bear no grudge against them. When we met, we are strangers but we parted as friends.

For 4 days and three nights, I have been robbed of my rights as a citizen of Malaysia, but nobody can robbed the experience I have had during those time from me forever.

Abdullah’s regime can only take the freedom from my body but can never take the heaven from my heart for God alone is sufficient for us He is the disposer of affairs. He the eternal owner of sovereignty, the Lord of majesty and bounty.

I knew since the day I was arrested, police will on Tuesday arrest another Malaysian whom the Government claimed had insulted the SONG and today I knew they are looking for another Malaysian blogger whom still flying the flag up-side down. I too knew those two person is just a victim of Abdullah’s political survivor. I pray for them to be strong. This is just the beginning for us, but rest assure that it is the end for Abdullah!

I found Al Ghazali in Dang Wangi

21 09 2008

An Earthquake victim hold Chinese Flag upside-down during the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic as a signal of “Nation in Distress” due to the earthquake. China is more open than Malaysia! Original source

As the reporters rushed to shoot question to me, I asked them, who is The Prime Minister, one reporter for a TV Station, smiled and said, “Pak Lah lagi”, and I said, “Kalau macam tu saya nak masuk lokap baliklah…” I then turn away from them.

Staying inside the police lock-up in Kota Bharu Police Station and in Dang Wangi Police Station was a very memorable and peaceful experience. I found solitude and I felt very close to god.

I spent my time praying and recite Quran verses. I found a wonderful time to pray for Mama and Abah. My confidence grew and I took all the barrage of insults and turn them into respects. As I walked pass the other detainees for the last time, they took turn to shake my hand. I entered the lock-up as a humble man fighting for the small people, when I left, those small people in the lock-up looked at the small man in me as one of their friend. I shouted ‘Makkal Sakthi” trice and say my salaam. They clapped their hands in return.
One of the Police Personnel there told me he would start blogging immediately after he finished his shift for the day. All of them, yes I mean all, asked me to help to fight for the Polis DiRaja Malaysia as they said, their morals it at the lowest.

I told the press, I got more infos about the police rather than the police getting infos about me and I told the press that we should send Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to the lock-up, so he will finally find his Ghazali. I told the press, I enjoyed my time there and it is a treasure for me. I strongly believed it would be good for Dollah too.

My lawyer and me agreed that I should be charged so we can fight this politically motivated case in court. Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will be one of the witnesses I will call to the stand. Others will include Shahrir Abdul Samad and Deputy Minister Saifuddin Abdullah.

I will ask my lawyer to let me throw questions to Dollah. I hardly wait for the moment.
I had such a great 4 days 3 nights holiday with PDRM and I knew they too enjoyed my company. I made more buddies in the 4 days than I made in a year. I have no complaint about the food, as that is the reality of those poor and small people for which I am fighting.

Of course I do not anticipate Ramadan Buffet during this holiday as that will be a sin for me because those people whom I fight for, never ever even heard the word buffet, leave aside imagining about it in their life’s.
On behalf on my readers, families and friends and myself too, let us thank Chief Inspector Mohd Azuan Hussin, Detective Sabri and Detective Mahathir, Sergeant Halim and all the high-ranking officers in the PDRM for taking a good care of your beloved Kickdefella. Although it would not be a good idea to be seeing you guys often, let me just say this… You are really jolly good fellas.

I wished to thank all for the supports and prayers.

The police has treated me well and most of the time, beyond the call of duty. I made lots of friends too.

A PC is arrange for me at 5.30pm today for me to bare all. Hehehe if any….

Till then, rest assured, I have kick Dollah again as soon as I was released. You can ask the press.

Salaam and loves

Would a person of the calibre and character of Lt Col Syed Abdul Aziz bin Syed Razak who inspired his men to greater glory have brought up a son who would insult the Malaysian flag? I emphatically say, NO! He loves Malaysia so much so that he is bringing to attention the rudderless ship cast adrift, especially so when the Captain and his crew have fallen aleep, symbolically that all is not well in Malaysia. He should not be charged at all, for sedition. It is a bankrupt government hell bent on scoring it’s own goal. The flag was not at all desecrated, it was a symbolic sign of distress. It is the strength of his father that is in Blogger Syed Azidi Syed Abdul Aziz, his convictions, his ideals, his principles and his love of Malaysia made him fly the flag upside down. Read More.

Kenyataan Nik Abdul Aziz Yang Di ‘Haramkan’

15 09 2008

RAKYAT TERENGGANU SALAH PILIH PESURUHJAYA

Meredakan hati siapa? Hati pemimpin Umno?

Ops Katak : Kickdefella Calls All Malaysian To Remain Positive

13 09 2008

Dear Fellow Malaysian,

Yesterday, three of our fellow Malaysian, one of them whom I myself knew dearly has been arrested under the Internal Security Act. While, I personally supported the existent of such law, I have always did not condone the use of such act to derail the political aspirations of the opposing parties nor did I condone it’s usage when a person can be charge in the court of law using more appropriate set of law.

More than a month ago, I have called upon my fellow Malaysia to send the signal of a Nation In Distress to each and every Malaysian. I have received strong supports from many whom I have never met before. My fellow countrymen, we are indeed is still a Nation In Distress.

Ops Katak is a product of a weak leadership who try to continue its grip in power while they realise it is too slippery to do so. This is the Prime Minister’s last weapon to remain in the premiership for at least till mid 2010.

Today, I wish to call upon all Barisan Nasional’s component parties to leave UMNO. Ops Katak has proven the racist attitude of UMNO leadership. Staying close with UMNO will mean only one thing, to support the usage of racial sensitivities by Abdullah’s leadership in hope to remain in power.

Ops Katak itself, is racist. While Ahmad Ismail is enjoying the warm night clothed with his silk blanket in the chilly Malaysian morning, the person whom reported his racist remarks is in an unknown location under unknown condition to us.

We have today the chance to make a whole lot of different in our Malaysia. If the BN component parties abandon the sinking boat today rather than drown together with UMNO, a new coalition government will be form immediately. Our good friends in UMNO are welcome to meet us somewhere along the road on individual basis.

The ultimate task of this new government is to do a thorough reform in the manner the government has been running this country. A complete reform in the whole democratic process, which includes the reform in the electoral roles and the election system, itself.

After this immediate reforms has taken place, I know, the new government, which are form through the what popularly known as back-door, will dissolve the Parliament for a snap election and so the people, for the first-time since long ago, can cast their vote without fear or favour, in a totally free election. If we dream of a real legitimate government formed from a legitimate mandate through a clean election, than dream no more.

To those who question the legitimacy and moral of forming the government through back-door, I would love for them to think, how much different it is from winning many seats in the election via back-door through the controversial postal-votes and phantom votes in election devastated by vote buying.

If we want to be morally correct, we than have to take the action of removing all the avenues of doubt.

My fellow Malaysian,

This country is indeed still in distress, politically and economically. Yet, I beg all of you, please let us not tarnish this beautiful Ramadan with violent actions. Let us just do this changes via a whisper. Let us not shout for change but let us beg for one.

If we need to go out there, let us do it for one sole purpose, to help to show the road for all the BN component parties, and to lend our hand to lead them into the new political landscape.

It is now within our reach.

Sheih on Sheih: The Guardian Angel of Malaysia

13 09 2008

Since long ago, I have been very vocal about supporting the Internal Security Act. But I am always against the usage of it for political purposes. I respect the views of friends whom are against the so call draconian law. I share the sorrow of the families of those Malaysians who are detained under ISA.

ISA is a good answer as a preventive measure. A person should be charge under ISA if he is deems dangerous and his action or idea can damage the society and the country. He is not a criminal. He has yet to commit a crime. Nevertheless, if he is allowed to continue to roam freely, terrible things can happen.

But, if a citizen had committed the crime, he or she should be charge under the correct law for the crime that he did. It is no more an issue about preventing him to commit the crime. If crime happened, the authority should be able to prove it and all the evidence should point to the suspect. He meanwhile is protect under the constitution and is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.

My personal view about the latest happening is this is no more a preventive move but rather a defensive move by Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

As Malaysian, we should stand for what best for the country, even if it means that the usage of ISA is seek upon.

Stand for what best for Malaysia, not for what best for Abdullah, his family and comrades.

My love for the Guardian Angel of Malaysia will remain.

Sheih on Sheih: 3 Years For Not Even Being an Evil!

10 09 2008

Ahmad Ismail, the UMNO Division Chief of Bukit Bendera got himself 3 years suspension from being active in UMNO, yet Dollah loves the bugger and not even dare to call Ahmad as ‘EVIL’.

Perhaps you cannot put the country symbol upside-down, because that is an EVIL thing to do, but you can turn the country upside-down, that is not evil.

And now, we all are reminded to be cautious in our writing and in thinking aloud.

Personally, Ahmad is just a pawn. UMNO is in deep shit and finding themselves and their partners in Barisan Nasional as the signature of the racist Malaysian. The Cabinet meeting had agreed to use Internal Security Act against those who played the racial cards. But whose game is that?

While I agreed with Tun Dr. Mahathir regarding how other races are very sensitive about Malays being racist, yet they are so insensitive about the Malays, I do believe that lately, UMNO whom had fought hard to give the Chinese school to the Chinese, Indian school to the Indian etc, has change so much that UMNO has become intolerable with multiracial Malaysia.

UMNO has fast becoming the weapon of mass destruction for the country. Why has this happen?

If I list down ten most racist Malaysian since Merdeka, I will find it hard to squeeze such name like Teresa Kok and Lee Kim Sai into the list that will be overloaded with names from UMNO.

I will as always support the use of Internal Security Act as a measure of prevention against disunity but I am against the use of ISA for political reason. If Hamid Albar decides to put his signature into arresting those whom have cause racial tension amongst us, I hope he will do it wisely, without fear or favour. I hope he will consider the roots of the problem; every reaction is cause by certain action. I hope he consider the damage caused by Khairy Jamaluddin towards the non-Malays. I hope he re-look into the Kris wagging by Hishamuddin Tun Hussein.

I hope Hamid Albar will act as a Malaysian and not as Malay. I hope I will be able to support him.

They are so many places for prayer in this country, and it is there for every religions. Why don’t we spend some of our precious time praying for our beloved Malaysia. Let us pray for wisdom to those whom we empowered to keep us as Malaysian.

Let us also pray for Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah and Anwar Ibrahim, whom we always look at them as a Malaysian more than of their race of origin to be given the strength in their fight for a better Malaysia.
